My name is Tarina Stevens and my first interest in being a videographer happened when I joined the Air Force. I was given a job as an Audiovisual Production Documentation Specialist. At the time I had no clue what that was and what the job would consist of. Once I got my first video camera in hand I was hooked. I have been shooting video for over 20 years, the majority of that being done with the Air Force. When I retired I took a break from shooting and pursued other avenues but each one always ended back to video cameras. So I decided to pursue my Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Cinematography so that I could gain more experience with the new technology that has come out.
My ultimate goal is to open up my own business shooting Weddings, Retirements and Anniversaries. I enjoy being able to see the reactions on peoples face when they see their event on video. Many of us like to be able to sit back and reminisce about those important events in our life and having it captured on video makes it that much easier to do.
My website and business cards will reflect the product I’m trying to promote. I also have a name for my company and will incorporate that onto my page and business cards once my company is ready to be started. I’m hoping to have my business up and running in the next 2 to 3 years.
